CattleBook Child Safety Standards

CattleBook, developed by Praetors LLC, is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and responsible platform for all users.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, also referred to as CSAE, and Child Sexual Abuse Material, also referred to as CSAM.

Any content, communication, conduct, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or otherwise harms a child is strictly prohibited on CattleBook.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not use CattleBook to:

• Create, upload, store, share, request, promote, or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material.
• Engage in or promote child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Groom a child for sexual purposes.
• Sexualize, exploit, abuse, or endanger minors in any form.
• Threaten, blackmail, or extort a child using real or alleged intimate content.
• Solicit, advertise, facilitate, or promote child trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation.
• Attempt to establish inappropriate sexual contact or communication with a minor.
• Encourage, organize, or facilitate illegal activities involving children.
• Share content or engage in conduct that endangers, exploits, abuses, or harms a minor.
• Use CattleBook to conceal, coordinate, or support prohibited child exploitation activities.

Any account found to be involved in prohibited content or conduct may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.

Where required or permitted by applicable law, CattleBook may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, or other appropriate regional authorities.

User Reporting and In-App Safety Mechanism

CattleBook provides users with a mechanism within the application to report inappropriate content, accounts, communications, or behavior.

Reports should include as much relevant information as possible:

• The username or account involved.
• A description of the content, communication, or behavior.
• The approximate date and time of the incident.
• Any relevant screenshots, links, or supporting information.

Users should not download, reproduce, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM while submitting a report.

Every child safety report is reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible by the appropriate CattleBook team.

Content Review and Enforcement

When CattleBook becomes aware of content or conduct that may violate this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Review the reported content, communication, or account.
• Restrict access to potentially harmful content while it is investigated.
• Remove content that violates this policy.
• Suspend or permanently terminate involved user accounts.
• Limit or disable platform features.
• Preserve relevant account or activity information where legally permitted.
• Report confirmed or suspected CSAM to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
• Cooperate with lawful investigations conducted by law enforcement or child protection authorities.

Enforcement decisions may be made without prior notice when immediate action is necessary to protect children, users, or the platform.

Handling Child Sexual Abuse Material

CattleBook takes appropriate action after obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on its platform. Such action may include:

• Prompt removal or restriction of the material.
• Suspension or permanent termination of associated accounts.
• Preservation of legally required information.
• Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate regional authority where required by applicable law.
• Cooperation with authorized child safety and law enforcement investigations.

CattleBook does not tolerate attempts to evade enforcement by creating additional accounts, reposting removed material, or using coded language or indirect methods to facilitate child exploitation.

Compliance With Child Safety Laws

CattleBook complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.

Our child safety practices are designed to support compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards, including requirements concerning:

• Publicly accessible standards against CSAE.
• An in-app reporting or feedback mechanism.
• Appropriate action against CSAM.
• Compliance with applicable child safety laws.
• A designated child safety point of contact.

The designated child safety contact is authorized to receive and respond to notifications concerning CSAE or CSAM and to coordinate CattleBook's review, reporting, and enforcement procedures.

Policy Updates

Praetors LLC may update this Child Safety Standards Policy to reflect changes in applicable laws, platform functionality, safety practices, or regulatory requirements.
